Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by ClearPath Pico Rivera Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

Services Provided

ClearPath Pico Rivera Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, junk car removal, motorcycle towing, and heavy-duty towing. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a job is unsafe, beyond our capabilities, or violates local, state, or federal laws.

Service availability is subject to operator availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We strive to respond as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

Pricing and Payment

We provide estimates for our services based on the information you provide at the time of your request. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance, vehicle condition, time of day, and other factors discovered at the service location. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as posted. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place a lien on the vehicle in accordance with California law. Additional fees may apply for storage, administrative costs, or other services as allowed by law.

Liability and Insurance

ClearPath Pico Rivera Towing carries liability insurance and takes reasonable care to prevent damage to your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues caused by the condition of your vehicle prior to our service.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before or immediately after towing. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before service and inspecting it upon delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

When requesting service, you must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for ensuring that we have permission to tow the vehicle and that you are the legal owner or authorized representative.

You must be present or designate an authorized representative to be present at the time of service. You agree to cooperate with our operators and follow safety instructions. If you become aggressive, threatening, or abusive toward our staff, we reserve the right to cancel service and contact law enforcement if necessary.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our operator has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel time and expenses. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with California law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPath Pico Rivera Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
